Anti-Bullying

In our Academy we understand bullying to be repeated negative behaviours intended to make others feel upset, uncomfortable or unsafe.
All students, staff and parents/carers work within our Anti-bullying Charter.

We work hard to make sure nobody is the victim of bullying. However, we also understand that students in our school find relationships very difficult and can struggle with social interactions; as a result, we don't punish, we educate.

Our Anti-bullying staff leader is Mr Mike (AKA Mr Ritson).
We have 2 student Anti-bullying ambassadors displayed on our Junior Leaders display board in school.

All children complete an AQA unit award on Anti-bullying which covers how the victim may feel, different types of bullying, and what to do if you see or hear of bullying.

If you think you are being bullied, then speak to your parent/carer or a teacher as soon as possible.
