Each year staff and students work together to raise money for children's cancer charities in the Northeast. The charity works hard to invest in research, support children and families, and raise awareness.
“Cancer is the number one cause of non-accidental death in young children in the UK. Children’s Cancer North strives to raise money to directly fund revolutionary research into the causes and treatment of this terrible disease.” – Chris Peacock, NECCR Chairman
Pupils will complete a charity run on Friday June 20th on the school grounds. We will wear orange (the colour for the charity).
We do not collect cash donations; we use a just giving page to ensure all money goes directly to the charity. Please use this link to support our pupils in reaching their £300 goal!
