We were delighted to be visited by the kind staff from Happy Hooves with 2 donkeys on Monday. The therapeutic benefits of being with animals is well documented, and children at The Meadows told staff that animals are excellent for their mental health - so we had to have some animals in. 

 

Happy hooves is an amazing place.  Karla in year 11 does a placement with Happy Hooves each week and has blossomed. The came into school as a real member of the Happy Hooves team yesterday and demonstrated how confident she has become. Well done Karla!
