We are working hard during children's mental health week to ensure all children develop their understanding of their own mental health and how to take care of it.
We have lots of activities happening including aromatherapy, chocolate and chat, meditation sessions, the mindful mile and sessions on positive mindset.
We have a counsellor join us each Monday who has supported our work on improving young peoples mental health.
This Friday tear 7 are running a non-uniform day to raise funds for charity because they understand helping others makes you feel good.
We also have a donkey visiting us next week because of the therapeutic benefits of being with animals. Year 7 will read to the donkey and other pupils will groom him. A huge thank you to HAPPY HOOVES for helping us with this.
